Flour Lake Campground is a serene USFS facility located on the quiet shores of Flour Lake, approximately 30 miles up the Gunflint Trail in Minnesota and adjacent to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. The campground features 37 campsites equipped with vault toilets, solar pumps for drinking water, fire grates, and picnic tables, along with a boat ramp for lake access. The lake offers excellent fishing opportunities for smallmouth bass, walleye, and lake trout. The facility is handicap accessible, with four sites featuring accessible fire grates and picnic tables, and all outhouses designed for accessibility. Ten sites operate on a first-come, first-served basis while 27 sites can be reserved in advance. Additional amenities including pay-per-use showers, groceries, and other services are available at Golden Eagle Lodge, located less than one mile away.
