About

Frozen Head State Park offers three campgrounds: Big Cove, Flat Fork Primitive and Backcountry. Each campground is more primitive and natural than the last. The park is located at 964 Flat Fork Road, Wartburg, TN 37887. Donations help support trails, conservation and education at your Tennessee State Parks. If you need assistance making campsite reservations, please give us a call. We'll be happy to help you plan your next camping trip. Frozen Head State Park closes at sunset. For late arrivals, please contact park office between 8:00am and 4:00pm ET at 423-346-3318. The after hours number is 423-309-1264. The bridge to Big Cove Campground has a weight limit restriction of 5 tons.
