Fireman's Memorial Park and Campground is a multi-faceted park located off U.S. Hwy 2, directly behind the Libby Area Chamber of Commerce. The park features two sheltered picnic pavilions, a playground, a splash pad, and semi-primitive camping facilities for tents and RVs. Its location affords immediate access to Libby's best retail shopping, family dining, and numerous business offices. The park is available for services from May through September and offers 15 tent camping/RV sites on a first-come, first-served basis. Overnight camping is allowed for a $10.00 fee per night, with a 5 night limit. The park also features clean restrooms with flush toilets, potable water, and a fire pit and picnic table at each camp site. The Libby Volunteer Fire Department Monument is located at the heart of the park, honoring the volunteers who have served the LVFD. The park is a great place for tourists and community events, and offers a unique tribute to the fire department's legacy.
