About

The Gila National Forest has 3.3 million acres to explore, with dozens of developed campgrounds and opportunities for dispersed camping. There are over 1,600 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding, including the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail. The forest also has motorized routes and National and State Scenic Byways for OHV riding, scenic driving, and nature viewing.
