East Clubhouse Beach is a sand/marl beach campsite located east of Slagle Ditch on the southern coast. It can be reached by boat from Florida Bay. The site affords a lovely view of northern Florida Bay and is a popular stopover for trekkers. However, it's worth noting that mosquitoes and sandflies may be a problem year-round, especially if the wind is out of the north. The site is accessible by powerboat, canoe, or kayak, but low tide exposes mud flats, making it almost inaccessible.
