Dog Creek Park is located 2 miles SE of Sutherland, Iowa on Iowa Highway 10 and 1/2 mile south on Warbler Avenue (Cty Rd M12) and placed along the Glacial Trail Scenic Byway. The park offers breathtaking views of the lake and valley, and has a wide range of year-round activities. Facilities include 18 camping sites on the north side, 11 camping sites on the south side, 2 six-person camping cabins on the north side, and 2 twelve-person grain bin cabins on the south side. Other amenities include swimming, a beach, hiking trails, fishing jetty, boat ramp, showers, modern toilets, electric, water, and a dump station.
