About

Dingmans Campground is a 65-acre, 134-site rustic campground located along the Delaware River in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area (DWGNRA) at the top of the Poconos in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania. The campground offers visitors easy access to nearly 70,000 acres of natural recreation, including the 32-mile McDade trail that runs through the front entrance, 40 miles of pristine Delaware River with boat launch access, and several waterfalls and historical sites within a few miles. Guests can choose from spacious tent campsites in old growth forest, relaxing riverside tent campsites along the Delaware, or RV sites with water and electrical hookups (20, 30, and 50 amp service). The campground features two bathhouses with full facilities, a camp general store with snacks and supplies, and bike rentals. A unique feature is the intentional lack of WiFi at campsites and minimal cell service, creating an ideal unplugging experience, though free WiFi is available at the general store. The campground is a dry facility and welcomes both experienced outdoor enthusiasts and first-time campers.
