About

Dewdrop Campground is a large, popular campground situated on the Kinzua Arm of the Allegheny Reservoir in northwest Pennsylvania, part of the Allegheny National Forest. The campground features 74 reservable family campsites arranged in a multi-level tiered layout clinging to the hillside above the water, each equipped with a picnic table, fire ring, and tent pad. Visitors enjoy excellent water recreation opportunities including lake fishing, boating, and water skiing, with a boat launch available exclusively for campers. The surrounding Allegheny National Forest spans nearly half a million acres of primarily black cherry, maple, and hardwood forests. The campground offers convenient access to the Longhouse Scenic Drive, a winding loop around the reservoir, and connects to the Jakes Rocks Epic Mountain Bike Trail system. Additional amenities include flush toilets, drinking water, a dump station, firewood, ice, interpretive services, and 24-hour campground attendants.
