Deep Creek Tube Center & Campground is a family-friendly vacation destination located on the banks of Deep Creek in the Great Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina, north of Bryson City and near Cherokee. For over 25 years, the campground has welcomed outdoor enthusiasts seeking access to cascading whitewater streams, trout runs, waterfalls, natural swimming holes, and mountain trails flowing from Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The property features more than 40 campsites ranging from creekside tent camping to RV sites, along with 26 rental cabins from modern facilities to hand-hewn log cabins. Recently expanded with 47 new full hookup sites on the other side of Deep Creek, the campground offers a mile of whitewater tubing—considered the best in the Smokies—plus on-site amenities including a gem mining operation, playground, petting area, picnic pavilion, bathhouse, laundry facilities, and camp store. The location provides direct access to Deep Creek trails, waterfalls, and activities within the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
