Deep Creek Hot Springs Campground at the Bowen Ranch offers a unique camping experience with easy access to the hot springs. The campground has two camp areas: the original trailhead camping area on the east side and the new Juniper Flats camping area on the west side. Both areas have picnic tables, fire pits, and access to trails. Juniper Flats is a clothing-optional camp area with flush toilets, potable water, and instant hot water showers. The campground also offers glamping tent rentals, private hot spring pool rentals, and a huge recreation party tent for private events. Visitors can hike to the hot springs, which is a 2-hour hike in and out with a steep and slippery trail. The temperatures in the high desert can be extreme, so it's essential to be prepared with proper shoes, clothes, and gear. Reservations are not needed for campsites, but it's recommended to text ahead for large groups.
