About
Cupsuptic Lake Park and Campground is a 65-site waterfront campground located in the Rangeley Lakes Region of Maine on Route 16 West in Oquossoc. Managed by the Rangeley Lakes Heritage Trust since 2010, the park sits on 125 acres with over 2 miles of frontage on Cupsuptic Lake, Maine's 9th largest lake. The campground features a unique sand beach and bottom, which is quite rare for the region. Visitors can enjoy boat, kayak, canoe, and paddleboard rentals, a full camp store, and boat slips with direct lake access. The park offers a variety of accommodation options including RV sites with 20, 30, or 50 amp power, fully equipped Montana-style cabin tents, and remote wilderness camping on Birch Island and along the Upper Cupsuptic River. All sites include picnic tables and fire pits, and the park has undergone major improvements including a modern bathhouse, pavilion with fireplace, and underground utilities.
