The property is far enough outside city limits to maintain a rural character while being just a short 15-minute drive from grocery stores and hospitals. Cozy Acre is now open and accepting residents on 6 or 12-month leases. Future amenities planned for the community include a general store, outdoor pavilion, dog park, laundry facilities, and car wash.
