Conveniently located to many cities including Liberty Hill, Cedar Park, Burnet, Marble Falls, and Georgetown. The community is on 22 acres with 33 homes that are all owner-owned and occupied. All homes are park home models with interior space of 399 sq feet. All homes have porches, and some have lofts. Lots are rented for $500-$550 and include water, sewer, and trash. Internet and electricity are separate. The community has amenities such as underground utilities, cluster mailboxes, 8x10 and 12x15 storage units, and rentable offices. A dog park is in the works. High-speed internet service is available with speeds up to 80 megabits down and 20 megabits up.
