Welcome to Donnelly, ID, a city located in the heart of Valley County, approximately 89 miles north of Boise, ID, with an elevation of 4,865 feet. Donnelly offers a multitude of recreational activities, including hiking, biking, kayaking, wake surfing, water skiing, rafting, snow-skiing, snowboarding, snow-shoeing, fishing, and ice fishing. The city also features racquetball courts, a park for children and families, and a farmer’s market in the summer months. Located in the heart of the town are restaurants, sports bars, and small shops. Donnelly was founded in 1914 and has a rich history, with some of its original buildings still standing today. The city's Public Works department works hard to provide safe passage during the winter, and residents are responsible for disposing of snow on their own property. The city encourages visitors to enjoy the area’s beauty and attractions.
