Located at 334 Center Crest Blvd. Davenport, FL 33837, Center Crest is a gated community situated on 40 acres in the heart of Florida in the City of Davenport. The park consists of 364 deeded property lots, each containing either a park model or a concrete pad and full hookup for parking a recreational vehicle. Some of the amenities available to residents include a 25' x 50' heated pool & hot tub, 9-hole miniature golf course, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, and a Clubhouse. Inside the Clubhouse, there is a library, kitchen, laundry room, pool room, and restrooms with showers. Center Crest also features a 2.5-acre pond with catch-and-release fishing and a storage area for residents to park their RV's and trailers on with limited available spaces. The park is conveniently close to many of Florida's most popular attractions, including Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld.
