Carrieville State Forest Campground is a rustic campground located in Lake County, 2.8 miles east of Luther via E Old M 63 and N Kings Hwy. The campground is bordered by the Little Manistee River to the east, which offers trout and steelhead fishing. The campground has 31 large sites, most of which can accommodate a 30-foot trailer/vehicle. There are various sites to choose from, some heavily wooded and others in an open field. The campground provides access to the Little Manistee Trail, which offers 46 miles of motorcycle trail and 47 miles of full-sized vehicle ORV route. ORVs can be ridden from campsites to access these routes. The campground is open all year, but the campground and seasonal roads are not plowed. A Recreation Passport is required for vehicle entry into the campground.
