The park features brand new restrooms, a 24/7 laundry facility and community room, a seasonal pool (10am-6pm winter, 10am-8pm summer), 40 cable TV channels, and free Wi-Fi hotspots. Pet-friendly with four off-leash dog areas, the park accommodates up to two dogs per RV site. Conveniently positioned near major attractions including Carlsbad Caverns, Living Desert State Park Zoo, the Flume, Guadalupe Mountains, Pecos River, and Roswell. The park offers both nightly and monthly reservations with key card access after 6pm, and amenities coming soon include covered sites, propane bottle filling services, an arcade, and a café.
