Bull Shoals-White River State Park lies along the shores of both Bull Shoals Lake and the White River. Famous for its world-class trout fishing, the park offers 109 campsites, including 63 Class AAA, 26 Class B, and 20 tent sites with no hookups. The park also features a riverside marina and store offering boat rentals, bait, tackle, and supplies. Visitors can enjoy hiking and mountain biking, as well as interpretive programs such as campfire-cooking demonstrations, trout fishing workshops, and nature walks. The park's state-of-the-art visitor exhibit hall and theater share the history of the area and tell the fishing stories from these waters. The park is located at 129 Bull Shoals Park, Lakeview, AR 72642, and the James A. Gaston Visitor Center is located at 153 Dam Overlook Lane, Bull Shoals, AR 72619, which does not have camping access.
