About
The Mississippi Riverlands Council is a strong organization that serves 28 counties in Central, East and Southwest Mississippi. It was formed by the merger of the Andrew Jackson Council and the Choctaw Area Council, effective March 2026. The council aims to provide a better scouting experience for the people of Mississippi. It has two service centers, one in Jackson and the other in Meridian. The council encourages users to donate, join, and visit the Scout Shop. It also has a strong online presence on various social media platforms.
