About
The Mississippi Riverlands Council serves Scouts in Central, East and Southwest Mississippi since 1937. It is the result of a merger between the Andrew Jackson Council and the Choctaw Area Council, effective March 2026. The council aims to better serve 28 counties in the region. The council has two service centers, one in Jackson and one in Meridian, and a Scout Shop in each area. The council encourages users to donate, join, and shop at the Scout Shop.
