Camp Pontiac LLC is a family-owned and operated campground nestled in Northern Wisconsin's hardwood forest, located just 2 miles from Rhinelander off South River Road. Built in memory of the owner's beloved pet dog Pontiac, the campground spans 23 acres with an additional 25 acres of natural walking and hiking trails. The property features 1,440 feet of river frontage on the scenic Wisconsin River with a boat landing and boat slips (coming soon) on the Hat Rapids Flowage. Camp Pontiac offers a peaceful retreat with access to boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and wildlife viewing including eagles, water fowl, and otters. The campground is pet-friendly and provides easy access to downtown Rhinelander's shopping and restaurants, as well as nearby swimming beaches, ATV trails, and a gun club.
