Camp Macoba is a private campground located on 104 acres of mostly wooded land in New Market, AL. The camp consists of 3 walking trails, 2 ponds, 2 creeks, a 5-acre field, 2 cabins, a 2000 sf bathhouse, a full kitchen, 6 activity stations, a pavilion with a large fireplace, a gas grill, firewood provided, a playground area, 6 RV hook-ups, and an obstacle course. It is open by appointment or reservations only and does not allow pets or long-term camping. The camp is a ministry of the Madison Baptist Association and is open to groups and individuals who adhere to its rules and policies.
