Camp Lost Pines covers 42 acres of quiet seclusion mid-way between the city sounds of Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Located on U S Highway 77, 10 miles North of LaGrange and 10 miles South of Giddings, at Warda, Texas, CAMP LOST PINES offers a convenient spot to get away from it all in a quite, peaceful atmosphere. The campground is owned by the Church of God of Prophecy and is maintained by our on-site staff with the assistance of volunteers from local church fellowships throughout the State of Texas. CAMP LOST PINES is used year-round by various multicultural Christian groups. Our focus is constantly on the Lord Jesus Christ and His transforming power. Every summer our ministry team of volunteers labor tirelessly to teach, train, inspire, and disciple the youth who attend Summer Camp at CAMP LOST PINES. With our various summer camps ranging from ages 7 - 20 CAMP LOST PINES is the place where any young person can get the attention they deserve and the enjoyment they crave. The ministry of CAMP LOST PINES does not stop when Summer Camp is over. We offer some very unique programs such as Ministry Leadership Conferences, Father/Son Outings, School Field Trips, Winter Joyfest, Pastoral Sabbaticals, Ladies Retreats, Family Reunions, Veterans Retreat, Men's Retreats, Weddings, Senior's Retreat, Volunteer Service Groups, Local Church Outings, Family Outings, Camp Training Days. CAMP LOST PINES is also a great place for our friends who stop over for a night or two while serving in many other areas of life such as the MS 150 Bike Ride, the Round Top Antique Show and others. In recent years other service organizations, such as Mennonite Disaster Service, have found CAMP LOST PINES to be a great place for them to house their volunteers while serving in the area.
