Camp Sawyer, located at the Edward B. Knight Scout Reservation on Scout Key in the Florida Keys, is South Florida Council's beachfront camping facility. Situated on 9 acres at Mile Marker 34 on Big Pine Key, the camp is uniquely positioned between the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean, offering a distinctive island setting for Scouting units. The camp provides tent camping opportunities for Scouting organizations as well as family camping experiences for Scouting families. With its beachfront location in Monroe County, Camp Sawyer offers scouts an opportunity to experience outdoor recreation in one of Florida's most scenic coastal areas.
