Camp Eaton is a historic oceanside seasonal RV community located in York Harbor, Maine, across from the southern end of Long Sands Beach. Founded in 1923 and now in its fifth generation of family ownership, the park has evolved from a simple tent camping destination to a modern all-seasonal site community with 255 sites spread across 37 acres. Each site is equipped with town water, 30-amp electricity (some with 50-amp), sewer, and cable TV. The park offers a vibrant community atmosphere with numerous recreational amenities including a playground, wiffleball and kickball fields, dog park, basketball and cornhole courts, plus special summer events featuring live music, movie nights, and water activities. Guests can enhance their RV experience by adding platform decks and adder rooms to create their own beach house experience. The park operates from May to October and welcomes both weekend visitors and seasonal residents seeking an affordable Maine beach vacation.
