Since 1996, Camp Dream has provided a traditional summer camp experience for children and young adults with moderate to severe physical and developmental disabilities. The camp believes that all children and young adults with moderate to severe disabilities, regardless of financial situation, have a right to recreational and social experiences that eliminate social isolation, reinforce life skills and enhance their sense of self-worth and value. Camp Dream offers a rare 1:1 camper to counselor ratio and provides activities such as swimming, boating, train rides, water slides, bowling, horseback riding, arts & crafts, sports, motorcycle rides, games, food and fun. The camp is 100% volunteer-run and accepts all disability types and ages.
