About
The East Carolina Council provides many different outdoor programs for Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts and Venturing Crews. Some programs and rentals are also available to other organizations who are interested in using one of our camp properties. Outdoor Programs include summer resident camp at Camp Boddie, high adventure programs at the Pamlico Sea Base, Cub Scout Day Camps, Cub Scout Resident Camp, weekend camping, Philmont contingent, and many more. The Herbert C. Bonner Scout Reservation includes Camp Bonner and Hannah Bonner, and offers topographical maps for land navigation. The Council is currently reviewing all properties as part of developing a long-range strategic plan to improve the quality of programs and services offered.
