We are a NEW KOA and look forward to sharing our Journey to become YOUR top-rated KOA at which to stay when you are in the tri-state area! Whether you stay one night or many nights, we are here to help you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our area is rich in history and we invite you to experience and explore all we have to offer. Come and see the nearby Pioneer Village and operating Mill at Beaver Creek State Park. Take the Little Beaver Creek Trail and run/walk/ride their 12.5 mile paved pathway that begins in nearby Lisbon. Cross the river into West Virginia and visit the renowned Homer Laughlin/Fiesta Ware Factory Outlet in Newell. Just south of Newell, you will find the very popular Mountaineer Casino and Race Track. Our KOA is about 35 miles from the 'Three Rivers' city of Pittsburgh, PA and just 30 miles south of Youngstown, OH. Amish Farm Markets are scattered thoughout our local landscape and invite you to enjoy fresh baked goods and hand-picked produce. Maybe heading over to the Rogers Flea Market is more your speed - you can spend all day and come back with teasures galore! Perhaps, the Spread Eagle Historic Tavern & Inn will entice your historic curiosities and give your taste buds the flavors you crave, all while sitting in historic ambiance! And speaking of 'taste buds', we have our very own local favorites, Pondi's (over 100 years old) and Hoges' (nearing 100 years) literally just down the road from the campground! We have several wineries, breweries and a wide variety of shopping opportunities close by to choose from. As the sun sets and the night falls, you may be ready for a glowing campfire and leaning back on your chair to do some magnificent star gazing -- THE BEST light show ever! Honestly, could it be any better?! Take some time away from your hustle bustle daily life and relax with us. We'd love to share our down home friendliness and scenic rolling hills with you.
