We are a pet-friendly community located in Coffeyville, Kansas, under new park management. Our community is a combination park with mobile home rentals, efficient rentals, cabins, and RV sites. We offer quiet time away from highway noise or busy streets, with city water and sewer services. Our RV sites feature 30 and 50 amp services with full hookups, back-in and pull-through sites, coin-operated laundry machines, and private single-room showers with bathroom facilities. Internet is available, and we are upgrading soon to fiber optics. Guests are welcome to fish for free with a catch-and-release policy. We are conveniently located down the street from the Coffeyville Regional Medical Center and are open for nightly, weekly, and monthly stays.
