Hikers, bicyclists, equestrians and campers enjoy experiencing the park’s wonders, which include varied habitats that are home to an impressive diversity of species and amazing rock formations, such as the “wind caves”, created by the mountain's complex geology. The mountain is sacred to Native Americans and has been from time immemorial. Day Use and Entry Fees for Mount Diablo State Park include special rates for peak season, high demand holiday periods, and weekends. Prices are subject to change without notice. Vehicle Day Use (Peak) is $10.00 and Vehicle Day Use is $6.00. The park offers a campground with a maximum trailer length of 20 Feet and a maximum camper/motorhome length of 20 Feet.
