About

Breezewood Acres Community Association is a four-season recreational camping community located in the Pocono Mountains of southern Wayne County, Pennsylvania, just one mile south of Route 507 on Route 196. This established community comprises approximately 2,500 privately owned lots and offers a comprehensive range of amenities including a recreation center, heated outdoor pool, pavilion, basketball court, tennis court, softball field, miniature golf course, horseshoe pit, shuffleboard, sand volleyball court, and picnic areas. The community is conveniently situated just a few miles from Lake Wallenpaupack, the largest lake in the Poconos, and neighbors both Tobyhanna and Gouldsboro State Parks, which together provide over 11,000 acres of hiking trails, trout-stocked lakes and streams, swimming, and boating opportunities. Mt. Airy Casino is within 30 minutes of the property. Water and 30-amp electric service are included in the annual association dues, along with access to all community amenities and comfort stations with shower and restroom facilities.
