Breezeway Trailer Park is a quiet adult community located on the Indian River Lagoon, directly across from the World Famous Sebastian Inlet by boat. The park offers a fishing pier, waterfront, and fantastic views of nature. It has level, grassy, high, and dry RV sites with 30/50Amp service and full hookups, including water and sewer. Some RV sites have water views, pull-thru access, and are shaded. The park also has a laundry facility and allows leashed pets. Visitors can fish and relax on the 200-foot fishing pier and 400 feet of waterfront. The park is close to downtown Sebastian, restaurants, Walmart, and churches. It is located 1 mile north of Sebastian, 18 miles south of Melbourne, and 13 miles south of Palm Bay.
