Bottle Creek Campground is located in the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests & Thunder Basin National Grassland. It is situated in Northern Colorado, on the west side of the Routt National Forest, near the Elkhead Mountains. The campground offers various recreation opportunities, including dispersed camping, biking, fishing, hiking, horse riding and camping, hunting & shooting, off-highway vehicles (OHV), picnicking, scenic drives, water activities, and winter sports. The nearby Flat Tops area is managed by the Yampa Ranger District, located in Yampa, Colorado, 27 miles south of Steamboat Springs.
