We offer standard and extended lot sizes at an affordable monthly rate, making us the ideal location for construction and plant workers. Our quiet country setting provides a peaceful atmosphere, and our 114 RV sites are equipped with 30 and 50 amp electric, water, and sewer hookups. Fiber internet is also available for a separate cost. We are conveniently located near several attractions, including Discovery Park of America, Tennessee Safari Park, and Beale Street. Come visit us and enjoy the surrounding area, which includes the Blue Oval City, Billy Tripp Mindfield, and Livingston’s Soda Fountain & Grill Home of the Blue Oval Milkshake.
