About
Benbow State Recreation Area showcases the Wild and Scenic South Fork Eel River, where visitors can swim, picnic, or watch wildlife. The park is located 2 miles south of Garberville on Highway 101 and accepts various passes, including the California Explorer Vehicle Day Use Annual Pass and the Golden Poppy Vehicle Day Use Annual Pass.
